The 96M VIP program has six levels: Normal, Rose Gold, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald and Royal. Your level is set by accumulated deposits, and it controls four things that matter in practice: the daily cash rebate rate on eligible play, how much you can withdraw in a day and in a single transaction, the cash bonuses paid on upgrade and on your birthday, and whether you have a dedicated account manager handling your requests first.
Every account starts at Normal on its first deposit, so the rebate is running from day one. The first real step up, Rose Gold, asks for MYR 50,000 in accumulated deposits, which makes this a ladder built for regular and high-volume players rather than something you drift into. The figures below are the published ones, level by level, with what they change for you.
| VIP level | Upgrade requirement (accumulated deposit) | Maintain requirement per renewal | Membership renewal | Account manager |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Normal | First deposit | None | Lifetime | No |
| Rose Gold | MYR 50,000 | None | Lifetime | Yes |
| Ruby | MYR 150,000 | MYR 75,000 | Every 3 months | Yes |
| Sapphire | MYR 400,000 | MYR 200,000 | Every 3 months | Yes |
| Emerald | MYR 800,000 | MYR 500,000 | Every 3 months | Yes |
| Royal | By invitation | Exclusive invitation only | Every 3 months | Yes |

You do not need to apply or track this yourself. Open any page under the Fund menu and the VIP status box shows your current level, the next level and your accumulated deposits measured against the threshold for it, so you always know how far you are from the next upgrade.
Rose Gold is the most important single step in the program, because it is the point where the ladder stops being purely about rebate percentages. It brings a dedicated account manager, an upgrade bonus of MYR 288, a birthday bonus of the same amount, and it lifts the daily withdrawal ceiling from MYR 50,000 to MYR 100,000. It is also lifetime, like Normal: once you have reached it, there is no renewal requirement to keep it.
From Ruby upward, a level is not permanent. Membership renews on a 3-month cycle and each renewal carries its own deposit requirement: MYR 75,000 for Ruby, MYR 200,000 for Sapphire and MYR 500,000 for Emerald. The maintain figure is always lower than the figure that got you there, but it is a recurring commitment, and it is the number to weigh before chasing a tier. A player who can comfortably reach Ruby once but not repeat MYR 75,000 every quarter is better served treating Rose Gold as the target.
Royal sits at the top and works differently. Entry is by exclusive invitation rather than a published deposit figure, its renewal is on the same invitation basis, and several of its withdrawal rows are set by invitation instead of being listed as a number. What is published are its money benefits: the highest rebate rates in the program, an upgrade bonus of MYR 3,888 and a birthday bonus of MYR 2,688.

The rebate is the benefit you feel most often, because it pays on turnover regardless of whether the bet won or lost. Rates differ by product as well as by level, and the spread between products is wider than the spread between tiers.

| Other sportsbooks: soccer, basketball, motorsports, badminton | 0.20% | 0.20% | 0.30% | 0.40% | 0.50% | 0.70% |
| Other sportsbooks: tennis and other sports | 0.10% | 0.10% | 0.20% | 0.30% | 0.40% | 0.60% |
| E-sports | 0.20% | 0.30% | 0.40% | 0.50% | 0.60% | 0.70% |
| Virtual sports | 0.10% | 0.10% | 0.20% | 0.30% | 0.40% | 0.60% |
Slots pay the most at every level, and they are the only product that reaches 1.00%. A slot player at Normal earns MYR 50 back for every MYR 10,000 of turnover; the same turnover at Royal returns MYR 100. Because slot rounds are fast and turnover accumulates quickly, this is usually the line where a tier upgrade produces a visible weekly difference, and it is worth remembering when you decide where to spend a session across slot and fishing games.
A baccarat player sits one step below, at 0.30% from Normal through Rose Gold and rising to 0.70% at Royal. The sharper detail is the row beneath it: roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger and sic bo rebate only 0.10% at Normal and Rose Gold. If you mostly play tables other than baccarat, the entry-level rebate is genuinely thin, and the first two upgrades change it more than they change anything else in your play.
For sports, the highest rate belongs to soccer on 96M Sports, which climbs from 0.30% to 0.80% at Royal. The same soccer turnover placed with another sportsbook earns the lower 0.20% to 0.70% row, and tennis or minor sports there start at 0.10%. E-sports has its own row that starts at 0.20%, and together with slots it is one of only two rows where Rose Gold already improves the rate; virtual sports sits on the lowest row of all.
The rebate is based on your total amount wagered during the day on eligible live casino, sports, lottery and selected slot games. The daily stake cut-off is 23:59:59 (GMT+8), the amount is computed daily and credited the following day, and there is no rollover requirement on rebate money before you withdraw it. Credited rebates appear in your transaction records under History in the Fund menu, alongside an Instant Rebate entry in the same menu. Promotion terms apply to the program.
| Withdrawal limit | Normal | Rose Gold | Ruby | Sapphire | Emerald | Royal |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Daily maximum withdrawal | MYR 50,000 | MYR 100,000 | MYR 150,000 | MYR 300,000 | By invitation | By invitation |
| Daily bank withdrawal limit | MYR 50,000 | MYR 80,000 | MYR 100,000 | MYR 200,000 | MYR 300,000 | By invitation |
| Daily crypto withdrawal limit | MYR 50,000 | MYR 100,000 | MYR 150,000 | MYR 300,000 | By invitation | By invitation |
| Limit per transaction | MYR 50,000 | MYR 80,000 | MYR 100,000 | MYR 200,000 | MYR 300,000 | By invitation |
| Withdrawal transactions per day | 10 | 10 | 15 | 20 | 30 | By invitation |
For ordinary play the Normal row leaves plenty of room: MYR 50,000 a day, MYR 50,000 per transaction and up to 10 withdrawals a day, and the floor that matters more day to day is the MYR 50 minimum on any withdrawal. The ladder becomes relevant when single cashouts get large, because per-transaction size is what forces a big balance to be split across several requests or several days.
Read the rows individually rather than as one number per tier. At Sapphire the daily bank route is capped at MYR 200,000 while the daily maximum and the crypto route both reach MYR 300,000. At Emerald the daily bank limit is published at MYR 300,000, but the overall daily maximum, the crypto limit and the per-transaction limit are set by invitation instead of listed. Whatever your level, processing still depends on your account being ready: a 6-digit withdrawal PIN and a bound bank account whose name matches your registered full name. The full picture of routes, processing times and documents sits with deposit and withdrawal limits.
| VIP level | Upgrade bonus | Birthday bonus | Birthday gift | Festival gift |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Normal | None | None | No | No |
| Rose Gold | MYR 288 | MYR 288 | No | No |
| Ruby | MYR 588 | MYR 588 | Yes | No |
| Sapphire | MYR 888 | MYR 888 | Yes | Yes |
| Emerald | MYR 2,888 | MYR 1,688 | Yes | Yes |
| Royal | MYR 3,888 | MYR 2,688 | Yes | Yes |
The upgrade bonus is a one-off payment for arriving at a level, and it scales steeply at the top: MYR 288 at Rose Gold against MYR 2,888 at Emerald. The birthday bonus repeats annually at a level-linked amount, from MYR 288 up to MYR 2,688. From Ruby a birthday gift is added to the cash, and from Sapphire a festival gift joins it, which fits the way 96M marks the calendar with its Heng Ong Huat campaigns.
Rose Gold and above are assigned an account manager, and VIP requests are handled first. In practice this applies to the three things that actually interrupt play: deposits, withdrawals and game issues. Having one person who already knows your account saves explaining a stuck transfer from scratch, and it is the benefit that does not show up as a number anywhere on the tier table.
Loyal members also receive VIP-only offers and bonus plays, and VIP-tagged offers on the promotion list include loss-cover style value such as the Weekly Rescue Bonus of up to MYR 10,000 a week. Alongside cash offers, 96M periodically runs VIP experience giveaways, for example concert tickets for newly upgraded VIPs or motorsport hospitality passes, which are campaign-based rather than permanent features of a tier. Each offer carries its own conditions, so check the terms on the individual card in current promotions before claiming.
Work backwards from your normal monthly deposit rather than from the top of the table. If MYR 50,000 in accumulated deposits is a realistic total for you over time, Rose Gold is worth reaching and then keeping without further effort, because it is lifetime: you gain the account manager, MYR 288 on arrival, MYR 288 every birthday, a doubled daily withdrawal ceiling and a slightly better rebate on slots and e-sports. Nothing has to be re-earned afterwards.
Ruby and above need a different calculation, because the 3-month renewal figures are the true cost. Ruby adds 0.10 percentage points to most rebate rows and doubles the non-baccarat live rate from 0.10% to 0.20%, plus MYR 588 twice over and a birthday gift, in exchange for MYR 75,000 of deposits each renewal period. That is a good trade if your play already produces that volume anyway, and a poor reason to increase your deposits if it does not. The same logic scales up at Sapphire and Emerald, where the maintain figures reach MYR 200,000 and MYR 500,000.
One last point of realism: the rebate percentages are small by design, so they reward volume, not intent. Turnover generates them whether you win or lose, which makes them a genuine reduction in the cost of the play you were going to do, and never a reason to play more than you planned.
Your level starts with your first deposit, and the daily rebate runs from there.
